Belgians staying in Uganda can apply for a biometric passport and identity card* (*only for residents) at the Embassy of Belgium in Kampala. Please book your appointment for consular services at the embassy via https://appointment.diplomatie.be. To do so, it is necessary to keep your file updated at all times.
